We use the Quality Control Management System certified by AENOR and under the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 standards. (Register Number ER-1880/2004). In addition, We are the first company of Turrón and Sweets in Jijona to obtain the IFS Certificate (International Food Safety Standard), obligatory as a provider to main European clients. El Lobo also holds the "Artisan Company" certificate (Nº D.C.A. 2332) which guarantees the supervision of the process. The Master Turronero watches over all the processes of production from heating the honey to toasting the almonds and testing the final product. El Lobo is concerned with the health of our customers, which is why we obtained the FACE certificates for our products that are Gluten Free ensuring that our turrón is suitable for celiacs. Many of our turrons carry the E.U. Protected Designation of Origin seal, which assures consumers that our turrón is artisanal and contains only quality ingredients from the Mediterranean. |
